I down loaded latest release of SLIC3R for testing but most of my STL files cannot be sliced due to error with slicing with this version which does not occur with earlier versions.
Simple files with manifold are sliced but not more complex files with or without manifold like the one attached.
any other with same problem?

SOLVED!
disable the "Infill only where needed" option in
"Printsettings/Infill".
Bug was fixed after 1.0.0RC3 was released.
