Yes it was generated with meshlab

and the original from thingiverse, the scaled down one verified with nettfab can't be sliced with the support generation

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve but I can't see what you uploaded as ever being printable in its current state. You need to separate all the pieces and print them one at a time.

that"s a try to reduce the size of the stl with meshlab, not really sucessful
, the original part is here :

and slicer can't slice it with the support even after netfab (first thing I do know, lesson well learn)

to bad i find it nice

If I were trying to print that I would make my own support by importing the original into a modelling program and make a cylinder with a 1mm wall that sat under the floating part as only the one edge needs support by the look of it.

i will try

do you try to slice it even with no support ?

it work with 0.4 layer but not with 0.2 or 0.1 with no error message and no gcode generated

I did not try but that sounds like it is running out of memory. Try having your system monitor open when slicing and see if your memory gets all used up.

That's exactly what I see when I open that .stl file. I don't see how it could ever get through Slic3r properly, much less end up with printable gcode.
