pellet extrusion using slic3r

Hi

I am a student working on a project that will be using a pellet fed extrusion system. From what i've seen on the program, slic3r assumes im using a filament based extrusion system. Is there any sort of work around or equation i can use to convert the pellet extrusion system into a filament system? I've found an equation for the overall flow rate of the extruder, referenced below, however i am unsure at how i can convert this into the filament system. Also i know a pellet fed system will not be able to retract but is are there any other setting that will be skewed due to utalizing a pellet system? Thank you for your help.

I couldnt find any formula but after testing I got some setting that works 70-90%
I used a wood drill bit as an auger 12mm and a nema23 stepper motor doing full step (highest torque)

Which settings did you change that gave you that 70% - 90%?

i tried all settings
steps per mm
acceleration
infill patterns
increased perimeters
infill percentage(about 80% appeared to do like 100%)
playing with flow multiplier ranging 90-140 % (weird)
most successful prints were vase mode (no hanging no detail just extruding non stop movement prefered due to no retraction)
