Hatching distance

Hi everyone,

Im really new to this and I have got a question on how I could alter 'hatching spacing'.

For example:

Shown in the attached screenshot, I am trying to print that inner cylinder with a different hatch spacing to the outer cylinder.

I was told I can adjust layer height but if I do it on slic3r does it only affect the top surface of the inner cylinder and not the entire inner cylinder?

Im not really sure how to go about this.
