Bulging corners on sloped junction

Never mind, I missed the obvious. It's the z-seam.

I thought I'd give slic3r PE a try and I've had some promising results but I can't seem to get this particular issue resolved. I'm getting these weird double-bulging corners where a 45deg sloped face intersects a vertical face, but, as you can see, not on the corner adjacent to the hole in that face and also not at the lower vertical face corner. I've tried various combinations of acceleration and jerk settings to no avail. I'm printing on an Ender 3 at 60mm/s and 30mm/s for the outside perimeter. I would think that I should be able to print at 30mm/s without getting these kind of defects. Any suggestions?
