I have just updated my github image to the latest dev and have tried to slice several STL files. Slic3r completes with no errors but when I load the gcode into pronterface, it says that the object is 0.35mm high (0.25 to 0.6mm). I've tried deleting and recreating the print, Filament and printer settings by renaming the Slic3r folder in the Application Data folder of my profile. I can upload the files if it will help but this is happening with all my stl files and they used to slice with previous versions of slic3r

This is almost certainly me doing something very silly but can anyone point out which imaginative way I have chosen to prove my stupidity today?

Using ABSPrusa Mendel Zaphod with Pronterface and slic3r 1.3.0. Printing well with 3mm PLA and ABS through 2 x J Head Mk IV b and Wade Geared Exruders. Controlled using RAMPS1.4 board running Marlin_v1.1.9
