Upgrading from 0.9.8 to 0.9.11-dev caused missing infill!

I upgraded my slider from 0.9.8 to 0.9.11-dev (from github) and re-sliced a project using a saved .INI file with only one change (turning on the "wipe" option to test it with my bowden tube rostock mini).

Unfortunately, all infill disapeared from the gcode!

I found two new lines in the newly exported INI file that didn't have a zero or a one after them:

infill_first =
infill_only_where_needed =

I added a zero after each equal sign, reloaded it in the GUI and saved it, and that caused the infill_only_where_needed = line to go back to a blank.

Unfortunately, this didn't cause my infill to re-apear in the gcode.....any other suggestions for things I should be checking? (Preferably without starting with a brand new set of settings?)

Oh, the dev version is changed very often because it's under active development. Can you "git pull" and retry?
