Hi guys.
Im having issues with top layes and briging on my Prusa Mendel I2
First top layer seems to break thus the nozzle starting to lift the the extrusion leaving holes and PLA sticking out so the nozzle scrapes badly.
Im using a J-Head 0.35 nozzle and 3mm PLA fillament.
Printing temps are 190°C, infill 20% speed 20mm/s, solid layers speed 20mm/s, layer hight 0.2, no of top layers 2.
Retraction is 1mm/speed 40mm/s, z lift is 0.1mm.
With the brudges i manage to draw few lines but most of them usualy breaks when the nozzle gets to the other side and starts to go back.
I'm using a 60mm fan, tried with different speeds but can't get results.
Can some one point me in a direction what could be wrong.
Otherwise I'm getting wonderful results.
