Irregularities with slicing, found with all 1.0.RCx versions

What can make these extra knobs to the printout as seen on the teeth of this print copied from Repetier 3D display?
They do not seem to appear on STL file.
Looks almost like some extraction issue but does not respond to settings of this.

It is seen with the printout but looks worse with repetier 3d display.
