Variable Layer Height?

I'm using Slic3r via Repetier-Host and cannot figure out how to access the Variable Layer Height function for Slic3r. Thanks for any help. -William

slicer3r1.1.7 clic on setting and layers tab older version doble clic on object in plater and choise layers tab
