Wrong Layers with Support materials

Dear Community!

I have a problem, that i cannot solve.

Slicer is working fine but when i add support material something strange happens:

The Gcode gets mixed up completly:

Slicer prints one layer of the object, then 2 layers of support, then again one layer of object one support and 2 layers of the object ..... and so on, you get the point.
The Layers are not even and it destroys the printing porcess.

I tried all the latest slicers, but still have Problems.

Currently I am running Slicer 1.2.0 with a win7 - 64 bit version.

Also one additional question:
Has somebody ever done post processing of the gcode? What i want to do is to add as script that regulates the heatchamber based on the layerhight. Just as an exaple.
But slicer 1.2.0 does not support this any more. Because the field for post processing in "custom Gcode" is missing. Or is there a newer method?

Thank you and Sincerly,
Ikiwi

Have you actually tried printing one of these objects. I noticed the exact same thing with Slic3r 1.1.7, but the end result is that the support works extremely well. If you notice, the support that prints "between" two layers of the object is printed at an intervening height. Basically, the support is not being held bound to the layer height you have chosen. My experience is that this is a good thing. I try my best to avoid using support, but when I need to use it, I find the way it is currently implemented is superior to the old way.
