slic3r v.1.1.7 intersectable.
In new versions not intersectable.
Wall is not fixity.

I want, that a skirt was fastened to brim.
As it was in a version 1.1.7.

This is a common method for reducing warping by excluding draughts and keeping all the print warm. The OP probably wants it connected to the brim so that it is better supported. Maybe try reducing the "distance from object"

You know you can do this yourself? Most of us here are just users of the software who are trying to help out when we've experienced similar issues grinning smiley
