Multiple models in single object (command line, terminal)

Hi,

I have a slic3r problem. I need to generate g-code for two models that has to be aligned and with different fill densities. I mean I have to print 1 model with different parts of the print with different fill density. See image.

With slic3r GUI when I add both of the models separately alignment is not correct. But when I add one model first and then second model through first models settings - the alignment works perfectly. And I can even give these STLs different infill values.

My question is: Does anyone know a way of doing this same thing with slic3r-console (terminal)?

I have tried the Slic3r from the terminal with command: "./slic3r -m in.stl --fill-density 10% out.stl --fill-density 90%" the different infills are not working and the models are auto centered to wrong positions.

thanks,
Petja

ps. Using slic3r 1.2.9 on Ubuntu 14.04

Well this is interesting. How do you add a model within a model?
