Slic3r not giving the option to combine STLs

I'm trying to run multi-filament dual extrusion prints with my Lulzbot TAZ5, but for some reason, Slic3r is not giving me the option to combine "Combine multi-material STL files... from the File menu." ( - straight from the manual). Instead, I'm getting this option to repair STL. Why am I not getting the option to combine STL's?

If you load each individually does the message in the lower-right corner of the window say they're manifold?

Are you looking at the manual for an oder version? The handling of multiple extruders changed between versions 1.17 and 1.20 and with the newer versions you don't need to combine the files AFAIR. But I've not used multiple extrusion for more than a year so I could be wrong.
