Does anyone know of a way to change the infill so that when the part is printing instead of it to make a lattice like structure have it all print in the same direction. I hope this makes sense

You can increase the number of perimeters, but then all the tracks are parallel to the outline.
Did you try using "concentric" fill pattern?
