Z full steps/mm and layer height

Hi guys,
setting the Z full steps/mm in Printer Settings I have some troubles with the layer height.
If I set a 0.2 layer height Slic3r makes each layer of 0.16 mm. Why?

p.s. I'm using Slic3r-master.2017.12.15.1558.54205b7.64bit

Under Printer Settings>General, did you put a nonzero value in the "Z Full Steps per mm" box? If so, slic3r is using full step layer thickness that is closest to your set layer thickness.

If you don't want it to do that, set the entry to zero.

Yes, I set this value to 25. In this way a layer height of 0.2 mm corresponds to 5 full steps and I don't understand why slic3r makes layers of 0.16mm.

Hmmm. It sounds like it isn't working right. I'd set it to zero and use manual control of layer thickness.

New builds seem to work well.
