SlicerPE 1.34: limitations in filament diameter?

I tried to slice an object with 0.8mm filament diameter but I got an error message, like invalid filament diameter. Why?

Are there other slicers (open source, noncommercial ) which allow using off_the_fence filament settings?

Cura works with 0.8

Now I have to get used to Cura again. The UI is so different compared with Slic3r
