Hi, I suspect this is a setting I have changed or need to change but both Slic3r (1.3.1) and Slic3rPE (1.41.1) are doing this on my Delta/Smoothieware and Anet-A6/Marlin-1.1.8.
I have
Retraction length = 4
Retraction speed = 40
Minimum after Retraction = 0.8
Retraction on Layer change = false
I am printing some "L" brackets laying on the side and it is retracting at every corner on every layer. It is not just this print it is every print and especially bad with fillets. I should also add, this only happens with the infill. When it does the perimeters, it is fine and scoots around non-stop for the 3-laps I have it set for.
This is making the print time about three times longer than it should be as it is pausing to retract at every corner. If I use Cura (3.4.1) which I do not like using, the retraction works as it should only when crossing perimeters.
What have I done, or what do I need to change?
