I have been tinkering with Slic3r to get a clean continuous top layer, but still some details (highlighted in red) that dont make sense.
Is there any setting that could help Slicer make a more continuos printing?

I use 0.4 nozzle. Maybe it will be helpful for Slic3r to build my solid so I get the desired result? Typically I use a vector path and sweep a profile on it. What width would be ideal for Slic3r?
I want a double extrusion side by side as a base on layer 1 and 2 more layers single extrusion on top, totaling 3 layers. Like an inverted captital T letter.

Slic3r is ok,

Though I prefer PrusaSlicer (formerly known as Slic3r Prusa Edition or Slic3r PE)
Because PrusaSlicer is an enhanced version of Slic3r the configuration profiles can be imported directly into PrusaSlicer.

PrusaSlicer has many enhancements which make using this slicer worth the change.

I like the ability to add modifiers, support enhancers, support blockers and many other features to allow for a much better printed model.

Note- when Prusa took on development of their version of Slic3r, they broke the spiral vase mode- it will print but will leave a seam on the print.
See: [github.com]

Cura's spiral vase mode works without leaving a seam in the print.

Did Not know this Thanks. Does setting seam to random correct this.

Although Prusaslicer seems to work, are there any other problems using Prusaslicer
