Th reason is quite simple. The host only draws filaments where E exceeds the last maximum value. Your retracts are 0,01 mm longer then they are in reverse direction. That way the host starts only after 0,01mm filament are printed. You can see this at this code snippet:
G1 X76.68 Y106.58 E1.0186 ////// Last max e
;
; 'Wipe (and De-string)', 0.0 [feed mm/s], 20.0 [head mm/s]
G1 F1200
G1 E0.5186 //// Retraction
G1 F210
G1 X76.68 Y106.58 Z0.29 E0.5186
;
; 'Loop', 0.0 [feed mm/s], 16.6 [head mm/s]
G1 F9000
G1 X74.64 Y104.75 E0.5186
G1 F210
G1 X74.64 Y104.75 Z0.09 E0.5186
G1 F1200
G1 E1.0086 /// Undo is 0,01 mm behind last max
Printing with a 0,2mm nozzle and with such thin layers makes it very likely to see this problem. I will see if I can add a extra variable handling retractions to compensate this error.
