They are stored in registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/repetier
You can use regedit to export/import the printer subdirectory. That should be safe. Other parts contain paths that may be different on other computer.

For linux check ~/.mono/repetier directory. There each folder is a directory folder and settings are files with data.
