Repetier-Host-Mac_0_40: SD Card Manager problems

Hi,

unfortunately the SD Card Manager has some problems in the current version:

1. The icon of the SD Card Manager is activated even when not connected to the printer. Connecting
to the printer after opening the SD Card Manager produces the following output:

[snip]
19:04:48: Connection opened
< 19:04:48: Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:2714
< 19:04:48: Resend:2715
< 19:04:48: Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:2714
< 19:04:48: Resend:2715
< 19:04:48: Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:2714
< 19:04:48: Resend:2715
19:04:48: You are getting many communication errors. Perhaps your receive cache is is too large. Reduced size to 63 byte.
[snip]

2. You can upload files onto the SD Card, but it takes a loooong time. After uploading the file it is not
visible in the file list of the SD Card Manager, so you still can't print directly from the SD Card.
I have to restart and reconnect repetier to see the file in the SD Card Manager to be able to print directly
from the SD Card.
And No, Unmount/Mount does not solve the problem.

3. The reported file size of every file on the SD Card is always 0.

Regards

Ok, will fix that.

Uploads are slow. It gets faster if not using ping pong mode and using the maximum buffer size. The next Repetier-Firmware will be even faster in binary mode then, because binary uploads have only 50% of size.

Will check that.

That is normal with marlin. Marlin does not return file sizes. WIll see if I can disable the 0 at all to not confuse user.

If you use my firmware make sure to use Arduino 023 to get the full 127 bytes buffer length. The next release 0.80 will have this buffer on any board with serial communication.
