Crash when open printer

New computer installation with Windows XP Pro.
Installed Repetier and it is working fine until I try to connect my printer.
As soon as I select my printer the software crashes.
I have tried many times and each time I select the printer to use - crash.
Anyone got any ideas what could be wrong? Everything else with Repetier seems to work fantastically.

Make sure you have installed Service Pack 1 for .NET 3.5. Without this crash is known to happen.

Thanks, I will make sure of that, however I just installed 3.5 and 4, so it should be up to date, but I will check anyway.
Would memory be an issue? How much memory is required to function properly?

Problem fixed, all working well now.
I re-installed services packs 1 and 2 for NetFramework 3.5
