I can't connect the usb port on an Ubuntu machine to a Sanguinololu board.
The button become green and change fron connect to disconnect but the commands are in queue waiting.

Make sure you have selected a ansi baudrate like 115200 in your firmware. Watch out if this gets overridden by eeprom settings. Many linux distributions don't support non ansi baudrates like 250000. Also make sure you have the right to open a port (dialout group membership is required).

115200 is perfect .
