I can not rotate my part so it prints in the best way

I can not rotate my part so it prints in the best way. It needs to lay flat but it prints verticle. If it prints verticle it's about 2 in wide and 5 in. tall, but if it's placed flat it's 5 in. wide and 2 in. tall. There is a stem in the middle of the part that will need supports under it if built verticle. If built flat it will not need it. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

In Repetier-Host you can select the stl and enter the rotation. Try something like 90 or 270 around x or y axis from your description. After rotating click center to put it back in the middle.
