heater,thermistor not work

Repetier, hi,

I am using Lambo board, honeywell thermistor.
I had built my 3d printer 1 month ago, but i can't operate it until now.
I have uploaded Repetier firmware, but x,y,z axis work correctly except EXR0_heater and thermistor.
I modified Repetier firmware as below

I don't use heat bed.
When my pc connect to 3d printer, temperature is 58 deg C,and EXT0 heater do not work.
Repetier-host shows "extruder0 : work, heated bed : temp sensor defect, printer set into dry run mode until restart!".

What should i modify in firmware?

For safety extruders/bed get disabled when the sensor is defect. You told you have no heated bed while the error message shows, that you have enabled it in the configuration.h. Disable the heated bed and the extruder will work.

I also think your temperature table is wrong. Or do you really have 58°C with disabled heater? There is one Honeywell thermistor already preconfigured, perhaps it is your model? In the thread I had also a user with a new thermistor where you can find the table for. Don't remember the type, though.

I could work ext0 heater by modifying firmware as you told me.
Now the hotend is heated well, but the temperature is not solved yet.
When i connect the printer to my computer, the temperature grows up very slowly, and starts from 56 deg C.
There are many differences between the monitor temperature and the measured temperature of hotend.
I have two types thermistors, honeywell 135-104lag-j01, epcos 100k b57560g104f.
To solve these problems, I have changed thermistors and modifyied repetier firmware.
Whenever i changed them, they worked same like before.
Have been there any users having these problems like me?
What's the problem to me?
Please give me an answer.

The honeywell table is copied from marlin but untested. I have also fount this link for that thermistor:

The epcos is a simple one if you use type 1. Used by my self and works there.

Important: The table sonly work if combined with a 4,7k resistor. I've heard about boards who had put the wrong resistors in. Check if yours are 4,7k.

Do the 4,7k resistor means heater resistor?
My heater resistor is 6.8ohm 3W resistor, i bought it from Ultimachine.

NO, he is referring to the circuitry that supports the thermistor (temperature sensor).

your board has somthing like this

5v --- 4,7K --- Measure point --- Thermistor --- GND

or vice versa the 5v/gnd, don't want to search the order now. So it is a resistor on the board near the thermistor connector.

I ordered new Rambo board.
After testing , i will tell you the result.
