Megatronics v2 and Z

Hi,
i have the Megatronics Board v2. After little changes in pin.h (Heatbed was wrong pin) Thermocoupler was wrong Pin) all works, but Z dont Move.

With Marlin works great. So i have load Repetier Firmware without EEprom to Erase the settings. Nothing. Z dont Move.
pin.h are the same pins in Marlin Firmware.

What must i change? All other things now ok. My last Problem to Print something...

Assuming your PINS.H i ok, you have both Z_min and Z_max Hardware endstops set. Repetier may get confused.
Try enabling just the one you really want to use when homing.
