I've downloaded and installed Repetier Host 095E.
When executed for the first time it crashed and so the next three times, after that windows applied a new compatibility configuration (?) now I'm able to run Repetier but with no 3D view. I've looked in the preferences but all seems to be OK.
Uninstalled all and made a new fresh install with the same result: the configuration windows made doesn't let the program to show the 3d view.
Any idea why is this happening or how to solve it?

edit: It never happened before with earlier versions of the program, of course.

It's using a new library version for 3d graphics. What graphic card do you have and which os are you running? Any error message in crash report that might help?

I'm running on a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop, Win 7 x64, Intel Graphics Accelerator.
The only message is "Repetier Host stopped working"

I am having the exact same problem. It immediately crashes upon startup and I haven't gotten it working at all.

I am running Windows 7 64bit. I have checked for any updates to my computer including to graphics card drivers (for reference I am running an NVIDIA GTX 480, an i5, and I have 16gb of RAM). I have also restarted my system, still won't work.

Ok, just uploaded version 0.95F which now uses again OpenTK 1.0 and not the newer 1.1 version which caused all this graphic problems. I guess it should now work for all who could run 0.90.

I have downloaded 0.95F and the problem has not been fixed. Windows encouters and error and has to close the program for me every time I try to run it. 0.90C still works fine.

@ARosch I don't think it is the same problem. Most Intel Graphic card users seem to be able to run 0.95F which has the same OpenTK version for 3d viewing then 0.90C. So it must be something different, but I need some hints like error messages or I have no clue where to search. If it crashes inside .net you can open a detail button and see the complete crash stack which is a good help.

Ok from an other user I got a hint.

Please download 0.95F again. I have changed the PitsPerPixel to the value used by the display and not to fixed 32. Maybe that is the difference that matters.

Please report back if it now works.

I guess your display is set to 24 bit mode so it fails to find a working mode.

I'm trying to install the new version but as windows applied a compatibility configuration, I'm unable to see the 3D displaying as I don't know how to override the compatibility settings. I've googled this and I found how to disable the service, but haven't found how to override those particular settings for the Repetier Host.
I'm messing around how to make this work.
Help please!!

I'm totally stuck.
I've followed all the steps in the support tab at the repetier website, deleted all the registry keys, made a fresh install, even changed the name of the install file (as all the 095.xx versions had the same file name)...
Every time I try to run the program I get a black screen where the 3d view should be and if I right click there the program stops working.
Again, my configuration is:
Laptop Dell Vostro 1510 Intel Core2Duo @ 2.1 GHz, 4Gb Ram, Intel 965 Express Chipset Family, Win 7 Ultimate.
I don't think it's a hardware issue as earlier versions of the program are working perfect.
Any help would be apreciated.
