Switching D8 and D9

Hello guys, can you tell me how I can switch the D8 and the D9 port on the RAMPS 1.4 in the Repetier Firmware? I am not into all that software stuff and need some advice here since my standard D8 port for the heated bed is broken and I can't control it properly.

Don't use the heated bed on an other outlet. D8 has a extra and bigger fuse for the heated bed. D9/D10 are reserved for extruder or fans and have a smaller fuse. So using that will most likely trigger that fuse. You should better wait a half our with printer disconnected for the fuse to reset (normally you get it with a resettable polyfuse but it takes some time to reset). Also check your bed resistance. They often vary a from bed to bed and if to low it can consume to much for your fuse.

So you say that it is not recommended to switch those pins? The problem is that my D8 port is constantly in on-mode. It would be no problem for a fan or sth that has to run all the time anyways but for something like the heated bed where I need to control it and turn it off at an certain point this is not possible. But thanks for your advice, so I have to fix that problem with my D8 port - I think it has sth to do with the MOSFET. I try to replace it and hopefully it will get better.

EDIT: I forgot that I just need to control a relay through that port. So it shouldn't cause any problems if I use D9 for the relay (that is controlling the heated bed). The fuse should be all right. Can you tell me how to switch D8 and D9?
