Repetier Host 1.5.0 notes?

Are there any release notes with 1.5.0? Something that says what new functionality is there, and which bugs have been fixed?

Last before they made everything incompatible with a completely new configuration and communication setup. So end april was the last commit included.

Before you ask - I guess we will upgrade to new CuraEngine once we find a way to make it work with our configuration and understand all the changes.

Where is this? I could not find it on the website anywhere.

I see that the flowrate slider on the manual control tab is gone, and that a heated bed slider is now there.

How do I tell the printer settings that I don't have a heated bed? I have the temps at 0 for this, except the minimum, whoich does not allow me to set it to zero.

Changes are shown when you click "Check updates" in host and there is a new version. It will then show which and what is new so you can decide how urgent update is.

Flow slider is hidden in easy mode.
Bed slider only appears if firmware reports temperatures for bed. If not it will disappear after connect.

Is this a change? I never saw it in 1.0.6, and I don't have a heated bed. It stays after I connect. My firmware
configuration file has HAVE_HEATED_BED set to 0. Is there something else I need to do to make it go away?

Had the same question. My assumption was that there were numerous versions between 1.06 and 1.5 that weren't stable enough to be pushed out.

Other software increment in steps of 1 and no one questions. Version umber is just a decision and we wanted to show that the new server inclusion is a big step, so we wanted to show it also in a version number. That's why we called it 1.5.
