Delta calibration

I have a homemade delta printer that I am trying to calibrate with repetier firmware. I'm having trouble with parts being out of round. Basically my scaling is off in the x direction(long) and I'm having little luck fixing it.

I'm using this calibration print:[www.thingiverse.com]

It's showing about 119.5 off in the x tower, 119 in the y. So I adjusted the delta alpha a to 209.5 and the delta alpha b to 331, leaving delta alpha c at 90. When I reprint after readjusting endstops to level I get basically the same result. I am also long on both x and y tower measurements and I used delta diagonal correction to get a print to the proper dimension, but round prints ended up a mess.

I don't have any way of depth probing yet, so I am using ends tops, z height and delta radius to level.

Any ideas?

I should add, that I am adjusting these in the eeprom through the repetier host program.

I reversed the correction to 120.5 and 329 and it worked.
