Repetier Host V1.6.1, Error: Line Number is not Last Line Number +1

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

My hotend was working just fine when I needed to replace HotEnd Barrel. I powered everything down and changed it. I started Repetier back up it asked to update to V1.6.1. I did so then all these errors started and has made the printer INOP.

First I will get the error :Extruder switched off. MINTEMP triggered ! I assumed I had errors with my extruder thermistor. I checked the voltage at T0, it is 4.9V. The thermistor checked out OK as well. To check it even further, I hooked T1 and was able to manipulate the temperature using body heat (Breathed on it) and watched the temperature go up, so I know the thermistor is good.

I scrolled down in the log and noticed “Error: Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:14. The last line changes each time I restart it.

I am using Marlin 1.1.0 RC2 with no issues for the last 2 months.

I changed the hotend thermistor 2 weeks ago and have worked fine as well till today. Is it common, or has anyone heard of T0 on the board going bad? Could it be Marlin? Would it be that big a difference from RC2 to RC3 with V1.6.1? I am at a loss, so anything I can get would be great.

Looks like it is not Repetier.

I have changed the Thermistor, RAMPS 1.4, Arduino 2650 and used Pronterface. Still get the Extruder MinTemp. Something is not right in Marlin then, Oh Well.

You need to fix this Marlin error

some thermistors are not connected or configured wrong.
