Repetier Host choking on GCODE when Pronterface doesn't

Repetier Host choking on GCODE when Pronterface doesn't July 12, 2019 06:50AM |
Hi, I'm having fun with my homemade pen plotter, but sometimes the GCODE that is generated chokes out my Repetier Host. The software runs fine but the prints just stop halfway at a specific piece of GCODE. Now because Repetier doesn't actually show everything that is going on, I can't find out what the issue is.
When I stream the files from Pronterface it works fine. Normally Pronterface shows me a bit more about what could be going wrong, for example I had hacked a GCODE generator but it would add invisible characters like \n and \t into the GCODE file. This would cause errors in both Repetier and Pronterface. I managed to get all of these characters out but now I'm still getting hangups every so often and I can't predict when this happens.
Now I have found out when the script stalls, I have a screenshot of it and what part of the code it is. I will upload all so that maybe someone with more knowledge could take a look at it. There must be something wrong.

Is there some invisible code going on? Maybe someone knows the answer.. I really like working with Repetier because it has a graphical preview so I can see if my tool changes are working out correctly et cetera.
