On repetier host, when I click the fan icon, it appears to turn the fan on, but I’m not seeing any voltage from pin 9. Is this something that isn’t enabled by default, or something I might have modified in the config somewhere years back?

the selection of motherboard type EFB sets pin 9 as fan. YMMV and it can be modified with changes to the appropriate Pins file.
