Si si, vengo siguiendo el hilo desde el primer día. Voy a ver que tanto de los componentes consigo por mi pago y si me da el cuero para hacerla yo (sería genial ) y sino me pondré en contacto por lo que me falte.

Si de nabo, lo habia vuelto a corexy pero despues no grabe asique subi el archivo viejo, no hay drama, despues ya cuando este dentro del oficial nomas se sube la actualizacion y listo.

de paso en la wiki agregue :
    *el diagrama de pinout de la placa
    *la configuracion de los jumpers para los motores paso a paso .
    *la advertencia si conectas mal los cables.
    *Que muestre los ultimos 4 post de este thread.

Estoy viendo con lo que tengo que otras cosas sumarle

Thank you very much for the contribution. The issue with it is, these config.h templates are deprecated and removed from the experimental branch already, so it's no longer possible to commit them.

Please check out this experimental branch. You'll find Configtool there, which can be started with ./configtool.py. You can also find a config/ folder which contains the new board descriptions. They're pretty much a subset (without printer specific stuff) of the old ones, so it shouldn't be too difficult to adapt. I'll happily commit such a modern board description.

We're currently working on the last few knowns bugs of Configtool, this will be moved to master in a week or two.

Si en la wiki esta para USAR el firmware ya confugurado base.

Hace un rato hice un archivo de configuración para la nueva versión del firmware lo debería probar sinaptec y después lo tenemos que subir para que lo acepten.

Ya veremos o lo dejamos como esta. Todo es a sangre sudor y lágrimas.

Este fin de semana estoy a full con mil cosas, pero si tengo tiempo hago una placa con el CNC y subo algunas fotos.

Así el desarrolador del teacup esta comentando que le parecen medias finas las pistas de 12v y tierra de los steppers

Hoy no puede conectarme en todo el día y la verdad que no puedo creer la repercusión que tiene todo esto, obviamente todo gracias a Tatubias.

Por otro lado quería hacer notar un comentario que me hizo Jameghino por privado, indicándome que:

"vi que le pones MOSFETS IRFZ44N, entiendo que son económicos pero para la cama caliente según los cálculos que hice (usando el Rds y resistencia térmica) vi que calentara aproximadamente 185 grados, que son 10 grado por arriba de lo que se indica como temperatura de operación. Pensante en ponerle otro con mas bajo Rds para que no caliente tanto?"

La verdad es que Jameghino tiene toda la razón, lo ideal sería colocar para la cama un IRLB8743 o algo parecido.

Ahi me puse a tocar un poco el tema del nuevo firmware de Teacup, escribo aca un mini tutorial.

Se necesita tener instalado Python y wxPython antes de hacer cualquier cosa.

Descargar e instalar:

Python 2.7.10: [www.python.org]
wxPython: [downloads.sourceforge.net]

Luego de descargar e instalar las aplicaciones descargamos el firmware Tea_Cup (experimental):

Teacup_Experimental: [github.com]

Descomprimir en una carpeta el archivo: experimental.zip

Ejecutar el comando configtool.py



si esta instalado ok el python y wxpyhon nos abre una ventana como la siguiente.



En mi caso hice un archivo nuevo para la placa de sinaptec. que se llama board.sinaptec_at328.h que va copiada dentro del directorio ./config. a continuacion pego el contenido del mismo. por el momento la herramienta me marca errores en la configuracion del los HEATERS y TEMPERATURE SENSORS. que no deberia ya que se supone que esta todo ok. por ahi tengo algun typo y todavia no me di cuenta. ya le pedi soporte al que desarrolla la aplicacion ya veremos como nos va.

lo que vamos a necesitar antes de subir esta nueva configuracion es que la testeen en placas funcionales.

Para hacer que cargue el archivo board.sinapte-at328.h vamos a file y load board.




What i have noticed that the config tool is pointing me errors on the Heaters and temperature Sensors.



if you see when i open the list of available pins it shows only 3 and they are already used.

Le di con la tecla... Adjunto los archivos de configuración para el nuevo firmware. son para la impresora de sinaptec y tambien para la placa de sinaptec.

Aca adjunto el link de todos los archivos del firmware juntos: [www.dropbox.com]

Descargar ese link abrir el configtool.py ahi hay que configurar los settings de tu pc y compilar y subir las cosas. calculo que obiamente con el arduino ide tambien podes hacerlo andar.

Entre toda mi locura anoche me quede hasta tarde y me puse s ver dio nos pines para dejar libre el i2c y si quedan libres el tx y rx que son d0 y d1.

Lo que si por el momento para el i2c no esta implementados en teacup

Yo no le dí mucha importancia a ese tema, porque mi idea de la placa es que sea algo sencillo, con lo mínimo, pero que imprima bien.

Creo que para mas prestaciones lo ideal sería usar otra placa como la Ramps.

Esta mañana empecé a experimentar para fabricar las placas mecanizandolas usando patrones Voronoi, está muy bueno el concepto ya que reduce el tiempo de mecanizado en un 60% (para mi placa). Pero fracasé, porque la estructura de mi CNC no es lo suficientemente rígida para ese tipo de mecanizado.



Voy a seguir fabricando los prototipos con transferencia de toner y perforado CNC.

Desde la absoluta ignorancia, que diferencia pratica presenta utilizar el nuevo firmware de TeaCup?

A simple vista ninguna ventaja. pero debajo del capot seguro tienen varias mejoras de codigo bugs corregidos cosas nuevas etc.

La idea es que hagamos esos archivos de configuración y los testemos, asi ya cuando salga la versión final del firmware ya esta soportado oficialmente por el firmware.

Lo que si se que a simple vista una de las mejoras es el soft para generar las configuraciones totalmente por menú, muy simple como ves arriba. desde el mismo soft manda a compilar y lo sube a la placa.
