Well the case is almost entirely thin walled so if you use 2 perimeters it turns out almost solid so infill density does not change the weight by much. I have never weighed the case by itself but did weigh some of the pieces as I was printing and came to the conclusion that the case takes about 500grams (just an estimate). The fill density I used on the case was 25% using slic3r's rectilinear infill which is not as solid as 25% hex infill.
The rest of the parts that will be released weigh an additional 600grams (if the extruder is printed almost solid as well as the gears).
