Might as well just start a topic to gather stuff for my build smiling smiley

Printing the case now from cheapass yellow chinese filament ( 20 euro a kilo )

I will be sourcing all metric parts, as Sublime suggested. He is going to remodel two parts (i think?) towards metric, and i will be sourcing some 8mm rods with tolerances to fit inside a 608 bearing, which should be all thats needed...

Well done that is some fast printing. Please let us know how long it takes and how much material you use.

I should have those parts remodelled by the 4th of July.

The smallness is one of my main motivations for building it winking smiley

I need a printer to carry along camping this summer (and maybe next one) to nerdevents, probably on bike winking smiley

I have also added the Z-lift bracket for a 6mm threaded rod lead screw. Please note it is untested and may be the wrong size as the metrics page you linked to specified two different sizes available for each bolt size.

The large gears should already be the correct size as Triffid Hunter modelled them for 8mm nuts.
