I know where to stick it!

...but yah, I don't know anything else.

Do I feed it manually? I can't find anything in PronterFace that would turn the motor that feeds the filament.

After you print something then what do you do to remove the filament? Do you need to clean out the hot end somehow? Does the filament unwind electronically or do you have to somehow manually unwind it?

Note: I still have a z-axis shortfall... can't quite get the bed high enough ....but I made the bed thicker to see if I could run a test print.

In Proterface there is a button that says "extrude" and one that says "reverse" and they have an input box next to them that allows you to set the distance. But the LCD also has feature in the "prepare" menu that says "load filament" and "unload filament" which make it a little easier.

You do not need to do anything. You can just leave the machine until next time and it will be fine.

Yes this is because of the bolts being too short. I have the replacement bolts already and the Allen keys will be in on Monday.

I don't think my LCD is working properly.

I'll upload a video shortly under an LCD thread.

If the display works and you just can't click it is most likely the encoder. I have one waiting for you already.
