Hi,

I'm starting printing parts to build one copy of this wonderful design. One question went in my mind as browsing parts in blender: What prevent me to build an extended size Tantillus ? I mean around 150x150 to 200x200 print size.
Am i wrong or is it just about taking longer rods and editing holes placement in panels ?
I know .. it sounds too simple to be right smiling smiley

thank you for any thoughts about that.

If you look through the variant threads in the forum here you will find all kinds of possible problems. The main one is the bed cantilever not being the best for such a large bed. You should be able to go wider (200mm+) and I have gone as high as 215mm already.

Thank you for those infos. I think the best now is to try with different lengths and see what happen ? ( and of course, posting here the results smiling smiley
