I have not printed the extruder drive body before and am going to do it tomorrow. Before I do, any tips on the kisslicer settings. Looks like I will need to turn on support which I have not done before and I guess it will need more than 25% infill that I normally do.

Most specifically on the support tab what settings should I choose?

Cheers

I too would be interested in some kisslicer guidance for printing Tantillus replacement parts. Now that I'm finally up and running I figure that spare parts should be on my shortlist of things to print in the near future. I'd love to know if there were specific changes made for individual parts or if most parts were printed with a common config and if so what that was.

No support needed. I would print it with at least 2 perimeters and 25%+ infill. For a really strong part I would go with 40%+ infill.
