I want to scale up the pirnted case version of the tantillus to 200 x 200 x 200 to put together a kit for my brother for his birthday this summer.

Is it possible? If so, is it just a matter of printing extra panels for the sides and getting longer components (rods, fishing line, etc.)?

Yes and No.

You can go wider and taller but for deeper you have to be concerned about the cantilever bed not being strong enough. For a more complete answer have a read through the Ingentis thread as it has a lot of talk about building a bigger machine that applies here as well. There are a few other threads concerning this as well that should be fairly easy to search for in the Tantillus section.
