Hallo!
can someone give me a pattern to crop acrilic plate for j-head?
I don't have it in .dxf of case!
I make it in plexiglass

I did cut the acrylic case
....goes well with a thickness of 6mm?

6mm works great or 1/4" (~6.3mm) would work fine I expect, the only problems I had was the bearings were not a tight fit on one panel so I re cut it. If I did it again I would cut it undersize and the ream to exact size. I love laser cutting because it is so fast and I have one in my garage now.

I have done laser cut panels 6 mm
should get these days and I hope that comes be fine!
also because it cost me 80 euro!
