COMPETITION 3D Printer First Prize - Design Contest

To enter the Christmas contest applicants need to 3D model and upload a design to either (or both) of the submission design categories -

Category 1 - a 3D printable decorative object with an 'endangered species' theme
Category 2 - a 3D printable object for use during the seasonal festivities / with a seasonal theme

My Mini Factory will be accepting entries from the 4th of November till the 20th of November. After this, entries will be posted on the website for a 3 week voting period.

I did enter this contest too. My design is based on a coralform that you can use as a cap for a led-tealight. The design was made completely on my ipad with 123d design (It could have been made easier with a more complete program but what fun is that? ;-) )

How big of your model? The printer can't make a clear detail of the face.
I can see the gap of the mouth. Is it larger than 1mm?

Probably that's due to the orientation of the print. You see the layers are 90° from the horizontal plane, so the back of Yoda was the base for the print.
