The belt are tensioned inside of the extrusion channel, by using the t-nut and a M4x10 bolt, the carriages (X, Z and I hope someday in Y too) are just printed in PLA at 20x20mm and fit the square shape of the aluminium extrusion
That mean, no smooth-rods, no linear bearing, just printed parts ^^

If I not already mentioned it here, have a look at the Alex's build, he's the first to beta-test this model
