Will extruder handle 3mm Filament?

I have a ton of filament that I use in my Mendel90. I don't want to have to use both 1.75 and 3.

With a bigger Bowden tube will the extruder push 3mm filament with the NEMA 14 motor?

Hmm, with a geared extruder maybe, but the nema14 alone I doubt

I started a thread about a while back. It pretty much can't be done with a nema 14, as a nema 17 has enough trouble doing 3mm direct drive as it is. With the nema 14 you'd want to be taking the geared extruder route.
