This part is the Z endstop holder : [reprap.org]
For the belt clamp I'm not sure to understand what you mean, but I think it's because there is none. The belt is tightened with zip-tie. I suggest you to go there to check : [reprap.org]

I was searching on the foldarap building manual and there was nothing about de Z endstop holder, thanks again!!
About the belt clamp I meant this black piece
I don't know if I need it on a Foldarap 2 or if I really received a mix of foldarap 1.1 / 2 .... boh?!
