Hi
i have build the heatshield and clean the glass with alcohol or aceton.
the bed at 130 works fine.
the hotend have 230 degree but see the picture.
extrudine fine but something is wrong
z is calibrated just now
plz help me

It is hard to tell from the photo as there is no scale but it looks like the upright bit is getting too hot. You could try increasing the minimum layer time or printing two at a time.
Something is wrong with the bottom layer as well. Perhaps too high.
