error at M303 ...

Hi there


I changed hotends with prusa mk2 and wanted to do M303 to pid tune it...
Since movement of temp is preety unevenly (see jpg), i tried multiple cycles of pid autotune to get best results out of it:
M303 C30 S280

After pid autotune is finished (but looks like only 5 cycles are done) - i however get one of two errors:

Error:Line Number is not Last Line Number+1, Last Line:108
Resent: 109
(numbers may wary)

or

Error: checksum mismatch, Last Line:42
Resend:43
(numbers may wary)

I tried with nopheads latest firmware, wo/ changes (besides hotend related: TEMP_SENSOR_0 1; HEATER_?_MAXTEMP 325...

And with eeprom enabled on that.
Same thing.

Ideas?

Hmmm... It looks like only REPETIER HOST produces these errors after pid autotune is finished.
Just tried in Pronterface and it works without a problem.
Now the only question remains - why do i only get three sets of PID numbers out ? no matter whether I choose C30 C15 or C6 ... it only seems to do three cycles?
