Hi,
please where I have to change in the configuration.h file that the Z0 position is on the bedsurface and the ~Z200 at the endstop?

Look for Z_HOME_POS in your Configuration.h file. By default it's 203mm with Nophead's branch of Marlin but needs to be calibrated following the steps in the build manual for your specific machine to account for minor differences in every build.
