lcd issue

So lately iv ben having a weird issue...usually about 20minute into a print my lcd screen displays random things... the printer runs great and i havent changed anything in the fw (maelin 1.0.2)... has anyone else had this issue?

I checked connections..all are fine...

The signals are quite susceptible to noise, especially if the ribbon cable is long. Try to keep them away from the other wires.

Also, Marlin is under heavy development at the moment and bugs may be creeping in. This is primarily why I have not updated my fork for a while.

As a side project I will be taking a look at configuring aprinter for the Mendel90 as an alternative firmware.


I try to write with consideration for all nationalities. Please let me know if something is unclear.
Printing with Mendel90 from fedora 25 using Cura, FreeCAD, MeshLab, OpenSCAD, Skeinforge and Slic3r tools.
